Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issues, please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Reporting Issues
- Breakage or Wrong Product: You have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to report any breakage or receipt of a wrong product. Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
- Return Window: You have 72 hours from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any other reason not related to breakage or wrong products.
2. Return and Exchange Process
- Initiating a Return or Exchange: Contact our customer service team at info@mylittletales.com within the specified window. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting photographs if applicable.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Exchange Requests: For exchanges, specify the item you wish to receive as a replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
3. Restocking and Shipping Fees
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 4% of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund for all returned products.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for returns and exchanges depend on your location and will be borne by you. Alternatively, you can choose to send the item back using your preferred courier service, which may be more cost-effective.
4. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Items returned damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition may be subject to additional charges or may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved returns & refunds will be processed within 07-10 business days and will be credited back to your original method of payment.
6. Exchange Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send out your exchange item if it is available.
- If the exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
